met up with the girls last sat ~ its soooo gd to see them again.. but ky cant join us cos she gotta collect her graduation gown and the acc her mummy, poor ky like so busy with so many activities, like she said, even if she hv become prettier also no one knows cos no one has seen her since out last meetin way back..
pops cant come as well cos her mum's oversea's director's boss's daughter's r visiting Singapore to do an Asia mkt survey so pops's bringing them around.
The rest of us, sj, rs, dols, von n me met up at dhoby ghaut mrt station, sj came early to go shop for heels, or shld i sat stilettos ~ but she look so gd in them, she broke 2 pairs since wk started so she gotta 'replace' them so she bought one pair of black and another white.. BUT, when she was payin we noticed the pair she had on was also like 'giving' way so in the end she changed into her newly bought black ones ~ very nice!
then we met rs opposite then headed for dinner at fish & co. glass house, had 2 seafood platter for 2 n all of us was so so full..

After dinner sj gotta meet up with her other frens so she didn't join us in our silly acts after tt.. but we made her distribute her name cards, but.. whahahha.. poor dols dun hv cos sj didn't bring enough..
Our initial plans was to go ktv-ing after dinner w pops joining us only for ktv, but pops can't make it cos she had to bring her mum's boss's daughters to, if i'm not wrong, eski bar.. (pls refer to pop's blog.. whahahah..)
sso the 4 of us, rs, von, dols n me went wandering around town not wanting to sing ktv cos so ex sia, so we went to centrepoint to gai gai.. von la, cant curb her inner calling n bought a lip gloss from red earth.. haha, ok la, she long wanted to buy n the previous time we all went to esprit we accumulated enough money to apply for the card and rs paid using her card first, (after which we paid her back hor), so the card was applied under rs's name, so if there's anything we wanna buy from esprit, we will always wait for her.. haha..
btw, side track.. i went to bodyshop yesterday n fell in love with a gorgeous smellin lip gloss, it smelt like passion fruit, if im not wrong it cost $18.90 and colour is 01, new colour, new series, VERY nice, can go check it out, but i haven bought it yet cos very broke.. oh ya! n the break up is rather interesting, gfs can probably be able to relate to the show, but overall.. hmmm.. not too fantastic but can watch if nothing btr is on ..
ok ok, back to last sat, after we had a game of scissors, paper stones, which dols won, we decided to go walk around instead of ktv-ing.. so we roamed heeren, laughed, did some silly things, made fun of the fountain in heeren then dols suggested we go to this place for a drink downstairs.. i forgot the name but its a DIRECT competitor of marche, marche's mascot r cows n theirs r............. bulls.. lol.. Basically their concept, design n food r the same, wat changed is jus the gender of the animals and the signboard.. :p
we had a savoury crepe and soft shell crabs, n with these 2 side dishes wat drink do u GOTTA hv? BEER!! rs n i got...

After a couple of drinks, we decided tt we wanna be heineken posters girls as well!! whahaha.. then the conversation evolved into us sayin tt most beer ads show scantily dressed girls holdin beers in awkward positions then all of us tot for 1/4 of a second n all in unison said 'eeeeeeeeeeeee!!!' anyway, dols was sayin most beer ads takes side profiles holdin the beer bottle.. n so...
then we realised tt she look too sweet in the pic, not quite like the beer ads we see around so we made her take another one..
see, see, i told u dols loves me~!after the silly session with the girls which i truly enjoyed, we all headed home.. yawns.. rs took a train n as usual the 3 of us shared a cabby!~ :) its such a bliss to hv buddies living so close together!! cant wait till the nxt session when all the girls can make it to the gathering~
will 'back blog' my outing with june to broadway beng real soon, we hit off very well n it was great fun, thinkin of askin her to go for a manicure together soon at a regular place she often goes, but my nails r growing at a tremendously slow rate..

its been one hell of a long time since i've blogged, nothing majorly interesting in between happened.. I could have been zouking right now but i chose to get my hair done instead, stepped outta the salon only at 9+!! Major buttom ache.. Its was an impulse decision to get my hair done today, it started a couple of days back when i was cahtting lazily w my mummy b4 i left for a movie, outta the blue she said,'hmm.. ur fringe is gettin too heavy for ur face ya? the hair looks kinda outta shape,' then it struck me~ i haven been to the salon since last.. i cant even remember!!! aiyo.. no wonder its outta shape la..
anyway, i've always wanted to hv my hair layered BUT always chickened out cos im EXTREMEMLY worried tt the back of my hair will 'qiao', one thing i absolutely cant stand is unruly hair, AND my hair when its at that certain length, that one part of my hair will 'qiao'~ n i hv my baby pics to show it, n my pri sch, n sec sch ones n poly ones, all can prove!! lol ^^ BUT viola~ rebonding saved my hair!! God bless technology~!
So i intended to jus cut my hair back in 'shape' so i called mummy who is out pat tor-ing with dad to ask her shld i go, then mummy said go la, then dad from nxt to her says 'ask her dun do all those crazy gold ash colour le la, not in already lei' Whahahahah...
And so i called jh n tell him im goin to Aunt Elyn's salon, he very sweetly says he'll sponser for the cut (at that point haven decided wanna dye anot) n ask me how much would i need jus use his card, then i suddenly realised tt i dunno how much a haircut cost cos i've nv been to the salon n jus cut, i would always be 'victimised' to dye or treatment or buy hair stuff.. wahahaha...
anyway, saw my ah yee at the salon getting her hair permed, she went there after wk, she was jus about finished when i arrived, she very sweetly wanted to wait for me but Aunt Elyn say i'll surely take like 3 hrs, n she she paid for her hair and left 100 bukeroos at the counter to pay for mineafter asking how much will mine cost, Aunt Elyn estimate it to be less than 100 bucks n i can hv the rest!! Thks ah yee!!
After struggling, i finally decided that i wanna cover all my remaining left over ash n light brown with dark brown n highlight it with bright red! i jus love colourful hair, especially ash tones n bright red, ash is too damaging so im gonna skip them for a while..
The bright red highlight is a treatment dye so its not at all damaging n smells like cherry!! not the sick cough syrup kinda smell but sweet pleasant kind... wahahaha.. but the dark brown turned out to be lighter than i expected n so the red sorta overwhelmed it, but all in all i think red IS SO MY COLOUR!! wahahhaa.. but then red dun last long as a hair colour so i gotta take as much pics as i can these few months, im gonna get the sunsilk colour lock shampoo so it'll last longer! Whahahaha...
oh ya! the purpose of this entry is to update my latest happenings, the national youth council called me for an interview on tues, 15th aug at 10am, i like the scope of the job but dunno i'll get it ma, will keep u guys informed~ after the interview i'll be catching the erm.. can i call it musical, 'Broadway Beng' with June (from SIM), so looking forward, its the 2nd time there're running the show, so i expect it to be very entertaining~!! =)
Caught 'click' with jh, he's so adorable, tot me being the IT idiot, he brought his digi cam to show me as a reference so i'll hv a rough guide when i buy mine at the end of this month, n so we took a few pics..

awww.. so sweet.... n love it! thks dar~! i wish there were more pics of us in earlier times though but jh's pc was reformatted n mine's in ICU at the moment so tt's all we hv.. we used to upload all our pics on a website on yahoo but it shut down, so sad.. i'll upload more pics real soon, from jh's digi on the day of fireworks n my digi on national day parade!
